Customer Service was fantastic. My mechanic that serviced me was very detail. Make sure I knew everything that was wrong. Explained it very well in layman’s terms which was a good thing even pointed out what was wrong in areas that maybe another mechanic had done and let me know what should be taken care of in order to make the vehicle drive even better. It had to have work done on the rear end and the front end also was told that the tires needed to be changed ASAP because they to Are going bad I love the mechanic that done the work and I hope to see him again. Great job with all the work you have done and service and me the way that you done by explaining everything and your great. Customer Service to you, Kevin Thanks again you guys are top nacho over there 100% in Minneapolis

A real gem in minneapolis for suspensions and alignments +. I have been a customer for over 10 years on both the Noth and prior NE locations. I have always received timely service at a great price. They treat your repair with the level of care similar to a car they would be driving on the roads themselves. That alone says alot!

Had a great experience with Hoover. Still got my vehicle done in a timely matter despite them being totally overbooked due to a technical issue. Also great prices!! They are very straight to the point and honest.

Everything from start to finish was fast, easy, and affordable. From the online booking option, to the drop off and the quality work completed! I would recommend them for future use! I dropped off a little early during their lunch hour, but my wheel alignment was completed in about 30 minutes and I was safely on the road again!!
